Land Implementation Study March 2012

Hyder Consulting was commissioned by the National Park Authority to prepare a Land Implementation Study to research the costs of requirements to developing sites allocated for residential and mixed development in the Local Development Plan. The study focusses on the key physical infrastructure improvements required to bring each of the sites forward for development and includes landowner intentions for the sites. Information has been provided on development trajectories for each site. For further information please contact the Park Direction Team on devplans@pembrokeshirecoast.org.uk
