Milking Time Down on the Farm 🚫 Sorry, this event has been cancelled

Starting at 10:30 06 March and finishing at 14:30 06 March

Much of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is made up of farmland; a patchwork of fields and hedgebanks. Cattle and sheep graze these pastures, which are also home to a range of wild birds and animals.

Join Ranger Haydn and local farmer, Nigel, as they guide you around a dairy farm in the south of the county, and explains how farmers and the National Park Authority work closely to ensure that a balance is achieved. Arrive at the milking shed in time to see the cows being milked.

This short walk of no more than a mile is through fields and farm buildings, following cattle tracks. Wellington boots recommended.
