Reporting a Breach of Planning Control

If you are aware of unauthorised works being undertaken or that works are proceeding not in accordance with approved plans or conditions please let us know.

Download our Enforcement Complaint Form and either email or post it to us using the contact details provided below. If you would like to discuss a potential breach prior to submission of a complaint please contact us by telephone to our main reception to discuss. Please ensure you enclose a suitable 'Site Location Plan' and outline the area of the works in order that we can clearly identify the site in question which will aid our investigation.
