The Visitor Centre at Castell Henllys incorporates a café named Caffi'r Caban (Welsh for The Cabin Cafe), gift shop and interactive exhibitions.
For further details about the cafe at Castell Henllys visit the Caffi'r Caban at Castell Henllys Facebook page or call 01239 891164.
There is also a riverside picnic site and children’s play area to ensure the whole family can enjoy their day out at Castell Henllys.
The exhibition area includes interactive screens and videos to help you learn even more about what Iron Age life would have been like at Castell Henllys.
Dogs on leads are welcome on the site but are not permitted inside the café. Dogs are, however, allowed on the veranda and outside seating areas.
The Castell Henllys redevelopment was funded by Cadw’s Heritage Tourism Project (part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund – ERDF) and the Visit Wales Digital Tourism Business Framework (funded by the ERDF).
