Hips & Haws Workshop (1pm-3pm)

Join professional forager Jade Mellor for a stroll around the grounds of Castell Henllys.

We will identify and gather a selection of the tastiest seasonal wild herbs, seeds and spices, and use them to make a foraged herb tea and there will be a little foraged preserve to take home.

This will be an outdoor workshop with plenty of space to adhere to social distancing rules.

Booking essential. Spaces limited to 8 people per session. £25 per person.
