These health and well-being walks are run by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority for Pembrokeshire residents. They have been selected to help individuals access the countryside in a safe and supportive environment, providing the opportunity for physical activity and social interaction.
Walks are generally an hour to an hour and a half long, and routes may include stiles and hills. They are designed for anyone with reasonable mobility. Please contact the project co-ordinator if you are unsure whether the route is suitable for you.
We advise that you wear sturdy waterproof shoes, appropriate clothing and carry water and sun cream in case it is needed.
If weather allows there will a short break during the walk so please feel free to bring a drink and snack. All our qualified walk leaders are first aid trained.
