We have made some changes to the site and how we operate to ensure that we keep you, our staff and our local community safe.

Changes as of Monday 14 September 2020

Face masks

Wearing a face mask is compulsory in all indoor areas.

Children under 11 and people who cannot wear face coverings for health or medical reasons are exempt. For further details visit the Welsh Government website.

Groups of six

Only a maximum of six people from an extended household (also known as a bubble) are able to meet indoors at any one time. Children under 11 are not counted in the six.

Please respect these law changes when visiting our indoor areas. Thank you for your co-operation.

Take a look at the video and information below to find out what new measures have been put in place.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT ORIEL Y PARC

We are limiting the amount of people on site at any time, this is to help everyone follow social distancing measures. When you arrive you will see signs to show you where to enter the building. If we are at maximum capacity, you may have to wait before entering.

We are asking everyone to use hand sanitiser at the entry and to keep 2 metres apart from other visitors at all times. We have placed hand sanitiser throughout our shop in case you would like to sanitise your hands before or after picking up items. We ask you to avoid touching items that you won’t be purchasing.

You will notice that we have quarantine boxes for items which you have spent some time handling, these items will be brought back out onto the shelves once it is safe to do so.

To reduce the risk of infection we are asking all our visitors to pay by card and will not be accepting cash.

Our Visitor Information, local artist exhibitions, Café and Shop are all open, however our Main Gallery remains closed for the time being.
