5.     To consider the reports of the Development Management Team Leader on the following planning applications: –

a) NP/19/0522/FUL – Outline planning permission for 14 affordable housing units. Full planning permission for the change of use of land from 85 tents & tourers to 85 static caravans with associated landscaping, distributor roads and new sewage pumping station – Buttyland Caravan & Camping Park, Manorbier, Tenby, Pembrokeshire, SA70 7SX

Officer’s recommendation: DELEGATE APPROVAL

b) NP/20/0371/FUL – Change of use from redundant Managers accommodation to self-contained holiday unit – Newport Links Golf Club, Golf Course Road, Newport, Pembrokeshire, SA42 0NR

Officer’s recommendation: APPROVE

c) NP/20/0381/FUL – Erection of a meteorological mast for measurement of wind and weather data, maximum height 120m from ground level, for a temporary period of up to 3 years – Land at South Studdock Farm, Angle, Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, SA71 5BG

Officer’s recommendation: APPROVE

d) NP/20/0437/FUL – Retrospective planning application for doorway on West elevation and proposed skylights – Apple Tree Gallery, The Ridgeway, Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire, SA69 9JE

Officer’s recommendation: APPROVE

6.     To consider the report of the Development Management Team Leader on Appeals.

NOTES:

A. In accordance with the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, replies to consultations carried out in respect of the planning applications contained in the following report and not received by the date of the preparation of the report will be given verbally at the meeting.
