Due to the impact of Covid-19 (Coronavirus), the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority has closed its headquarters, visitor attractions (Carew Castle, Castell Henllys and Oriel y Parc), its car parks and sections of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path until further notice. All meetings and events are cancelled until further notice. If you have any queries please call 01646 624800 or email email@example.com
A formal timetable is set for the exchange of documents and comments relating to the appeal which all parties, the Appellant, the Planning Authority, The Inspectorate and any third parties, must follow.
The timetable can be viewed by clicking on Written Timetable in the main menu on the left.
After the exchange of documents has been completed, the Inspector will arrange to visit the site, either accompanied by both parties or, if there is no need to enter private land, unaccompanied.
After visiting the site, the Inspector will prepare his/her report and reach a decision – usually within five weeks.
This decision notice is then sent to both the Appellant and the Local Authority and to any third parties who have requested a copy.
