26/26    Pembrokeshire Landscape Connections

To agree £135k of match funding, alongside associated staff time to support the Development Phase of the joint ‘Pembrokeshire Landscape Connections’ application.

27/26    Evaluating Individual Member Performance

To agree the Framework of Expectations, the Performance Evaluation Framework and the introduction of Annual Governance Self-Assessments for the Authority as a whole.

28/26    Seasonal Car Parking

This report follows a presentation made to the Income Diversification Working Group on the subject of the Authority Car Park season ticket offer and sets out a recommendation effective from March 2027.

29/26    Annual Monitoring Report on the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Local Development Plan 2 And Planning Performance Report

This report seeks agreement from Members to submit the Annual Monitoring Report for 2025-2026 (AMR 5) to Welsh Government.

30/26    Annual Report on Meeting Well-being Objectives

The report reflects the Authority’s performance 2025/26 against activities noted in its Corporate and Resources Plan 2023/24-2026/27, associated Delivery Plans and additional developments during the year.

31/26    Annual Equality Report

The report outlines the Authority’s performance against required equality reporting areas for 2025/26. The Authority is required to produce this report under Equality Act 2010 Regulations 2011.

32/26    Annual Safeguarding Report

The purpose of this report is to provide Members and other stakeholders with continued assurance that the processes and systems that are in place for managing Safeguarding within Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority (hereafter referred to as the Authority) remain effective.

33/26    Membership of Committees

The report seeks confirmation of membership of the Authority’s Investigating and Disciplinary Committee, Grievance Committee and Appeals Committee.

34/26    Planning Database – To follow

The report outlines the procurement of a new planning database.
