Retail Returns Policy

  • We will exchange or refund merchandise within 28 days of the product being purchased upon production of a valid receipt.
  • Any item exchanged or refunded must have its original tags and/or packaging.
  • Any item not in its original condition, which has been worn, damaged or missing parts will not be replaced or refunded.
  • For safety reasons we cannot accept returned items of food, drinks, toiletries, or pierced earrings unless faulty.
  • Exchanges or refunds will only be offered at the store where the item was purchased.
  • If an item is returned by post the customer will cover the cost of postage unless the item was faulty. We require photographic proof of a faulty item prior to accepting the return by post.
  • All event tickets are non-refundable.
  • Complimentary Admission Tickets and Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used as documented in the terms and conditions with each ticket/voucher.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.
