Renewable Energy Assessment

Renewable energy is a very important topic and one of the key issues being considered as part of the Local Development Plan. 

To this end a Renewable Energy Assessment has been prepared. See links below. The Assessment will be used as a background paper to Local Development Plan preparation. If the Local Development Plan renewable energy policies (on which the assessment is based) receive a favourable response when placed on Deposit, the Authority may be able to bring the Assessment forward as supplementary planning guidance under the Joint Unitary Development Plan.
