Waste Paper and Card to Bio-mass Solid Fuel

Polypembs Ltd offers a free collection of waste expanded polystyrene packaging and associated cardboard and paper from local businesses and amenity sites to capture this valuable resource before it enters the waste stream. This project will bring a new and usefull solution to the packaging paper, card and cardboard that is collected and is at present baled and transported to distant mills or exported.The cardboard and paper will be processed into an economical bio-mass fuel to be used locally in open fires, log burners, Aga's and bio-mass boilers. This high performance fuel in the form of small logs or briquettes will be available throughout the local area in bulk or bagged form and will offer a real and cost effective alternative to traditional solid fuels.
