To present the Authority’s Audit of Accounts, Final Annual Narrative Report, Statement of Accounts 2024/25 and Annual Governance Statement.
02/26 Letter on Audit Fee Consultation 2026-27
Members are asked to note the letter from the Auditor General regarding Audit fees for 2026-27.
03/26 Pembrokeshire County Council Levy 2026/27
Members are asked to approve the issue of the levy to Pembrokeshire County Council for the financial year 2026/27.
04/26 Local Development Plan 2 – Supplementary Planning Guidance
This report seeks approval of four Supplementary Planning Guidance documents which will be used as a material consideration in planning decisions.
05/26 Delivery Agreement Consultation Response
Members are asked to approve a consultation response on the Strategic Development Plan’s Draft Delivery Agreement for submission to the South-West Wales Corporate Joint Committee.
06/26 Zero Racism Wales Policy
Members approval is sought to sign the Zero Racism Wales Policy.
Nominations are sought from Members regarding attendance for external corporate events throughout the year.
Members are asked to approve a calendar of meetings for the forthcoming year.
