22/25 Welsh Government (WG) Consultation on Changes to Permitted Development Rights
To seek Members approval for the Authority’s response to the WG Consultation on changes to permitted development rights.
23/25 Standards Committee Annual Report
To consider the annual report of the Authority on how the Standards Committee’s functions have been discharged.
24/25 Procedure for Dealing with Allegations against Members
To approve the proposed procedure for the conduct of an inquiry by the Standards Committee of the Authority.
25/25 Welsh Language Standards Annual Report
Members endorsement is sought for the Authority’s Annual Report to the Welsh Language Commissioner.
26/25 People Services Committee
To seek Members approval to merge the People Services Committee with the Audit & Corporate Services Review Committee.
Nominations are sought from Members regarding attendance for external corporate events throughout the year.
10. To consider whether the public should be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following item due to the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 14 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972.
