42/25 Annual Report on Meeting Well-being Objectives 2024/25

The report reflects the Authority’s performance for 2024/25 against activities noted in its Corporate and Resources Plan 2023/24 – 2026/27, associated Delivery Plans and additional developments during the year.

 

43/25 Report on 2026 Pay and Display Parking Tariffs

This report follows a presentation made to the NPA Income Diversification Working Group in September of this year on the subject of charging car park revenue and sets out recommendations for the PCNPA charging car park tariffs effective from the 1st March 2026.

 

44/25 Pembrokeshire County Council Request regarding two years additional funding for public conveniences

The report sets out a request form Pembrokeshire County Council to the National Park Authority regarding the funding of public conveniences at locations across the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.  It outlines the issues identified by a Member Working Group which previously considered this matter in 2023, the activities undertaken between 2023 and 2025 and makes recommendations regarding a response to be returned to Pembrokeshire County Council.

 

45/25 Developing a response to the consultation by Natural Resources Wales (NRW) on the Draft (Designation) Order and the proposed map for a new National Park in Wales.

Members are asked to note the consultation from Natural Resources Wales and suggest any issues they wish to include in a consultation response. Since the consultation closes on 8th December 2025, Members are asked to delegate the response to the Chair and Chief Executive.

 

46/25 2024-2025 Annual Monitoring Report on the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Local Development Plan 2

This report is to seek agreement from Members to submit the Annual Monitoring Report for 2024-2025 (AMR 4) to Welsh Government by 31 October 2025 and to approve the responses to the representations received on the 2023- 2024 Annual Monitoring Report (AMR 3).

 

47/25 Annual Safeguarding Report 2024-25

The purpose of this report is to provide National Park Authority members and other stakeholders with continued assurance that the processes and systems that are in place for managing Safeguarding within Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority (hereafter referred to as the Authority) remain effective.

 

48/25 Annual Equality Report 2024/25

Report outlines the Authority’s performance against required equality reporting areas for 2024/25. The Authority is required to produce this report under Equality Act 2010 (Statutory Duties) (Wales) Regulations 2011.

 

49/25 National Park Authority Strategic Grant Letter 2025-26: Reporting Framework (from the Welsh Government)

The paper provides Members with information on a new Framework for reporting to the Welsh Government on progress made on areas of work included in the National Park Authority Strategic Grant Letter 2025-26.

The report seeks confirmation of membership of the Authority’s Investigating and Disciplinary Committee, Grievance Committee and Appeals Committee.
