The National Park Authority has a statutory duty to conserve and enhance the natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage of the Park. The effective management of the unique landscape character of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, in line with this statutory duty, is therefore extremely important in all aspects of the Authority’s work.
Supplementary Planning Guidance, often referred to as SPGs, are published alongside the Local Development Plan. Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) sets out more detailed guidance on the way in which policies of the LDP will be applied in particular circumstances or areas.
The Supplementary Planning Guidance documents are to be used alongside Local Development Plan 2.
