The Discovery Room is a bright, spacious, and highly versatile venue. A full glass wall floods the room with natural light, creating an inspiring setting for creativity and community events. During school holidays, it comes alive with art workshops — perfect for young, budding artists. Throughout the year, local community groups make use of the space for everything from talks to yoga sessions. Visiting schools often use the room for hands-on learning experiences linked to our Amgueddfa Cymru gallery exhibitions. The secure glass wall also doubles as an exhibition area, providing an ideal showcase for local artists to display 3D works such as ceramics, jewellery, glass, sculpture, and textiles.
