Roots to Recovery Consultation

Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority is working with Mind Pembrokeshire and other partners to develop ‘Roots to Recovery’; a project that will provide supported volunteering opportunities for people to improve their mental health by connecting with others and doing something to help local natural and green spaces.

We’ve heard that this kind of activity has been particularly helpful during the Covid-19 pandemic, increasing people’s resilience as well as helping maintain their physical and mental health.

To help shape this ‘people-led’ project we need more people’s views on what it should do and how it should work – can you help?

We are particularly interested in hearing from people who live with mental health issues / support staff who would like help in getting the benefits of the outdoors. The more you can tell us, the better we can ensure we meet people’s needs.

If you want to have your say please fill in our Roots to Recovery survey.
