14/24 Article 4 Direction Camping 28-day consultation
To seek approval to consult on whether to make a formal Article 4 Direction to exclude some permitted development rights for camping and caravanning to provide a planning framework that will allow the National Park Authority to promote regenerative tourism in a sustainable manner.
15/24 Destination Management Plan
Members are asked to approve the refreshed Pembrokeshire Destination Management Plan (Tourism Strategy) 2024 – 2028.
16/24 Policies – Information and Data Protection & ICT user policy
To seek formal approval for the Authority’s Information and Data Security Policy and the ICT User Policy.
Members are asked to agree amendments to the Terms of Reference for the Authority and its Committees, including merger of the Human Resources and Member Support and Development Committees.
18/24 Annual Governance Statement (AGS)
The Authority is required to produce an AGS and Members are invited to contribute to and shape the contents of the attached draft 2023/24 statement.
19/24 Toilet Facilities Update
This report provides an update on progress with joint working with Pembrokeshire County Council on toilet facilities.
